About the Arts Group

OPE - Our Percussion Ensemble is a group of percussionists with diverse training in both Classical and Chinese percussive lineage; holding a shared vision to play percussion music for the public. They represented Singapore to perform at the ASEAN Summit 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and have since been consistently reaching out to the local community with programmes proudly backed by the National Arts Council; namely the Arts Education Programme (AEP) and Arts in Your Neighbourhood (AYN) series.

The Baxter spirit is amazing among the staff. Despite the heavy downpour this morning that halted the event, everyone arrived and played to their hearts content. We had amazing wefie race, carnival games, telematch, Zumba workout, and lots of fun. Nothing gets us down. It was fun time as usual!

Next morning at Port Denarau, eagerly waiting for our catamaran transfer to the island (we were advised to spend more time on the islands instead of mainland Viti Levi)

If you are planning your travel to the islands, have a look at this. Some of the islands are as far as 5 hours away! Catamaran transfer has specific routes, so if you are doing island hopping, make sure you check before booking the resorts.
