Today’s dialogue session is part of PA’s ongoing efforts to engage residents and seek their views and feedback on the Fortitude Budget 2020. It also provides opportunities for residents to clarify any doubts that they may have, to hear from our Grassroots Advisers, and to discuss what this year’s Budget means for all of us. 

During this year’s Fortitude Budget speech, DPM Heng Swee Keat announced a slew of measures to deal with short-term challenges faced by both employees and business ownersd during the COVID-19 outbreak as plans to support our long-term economic development. This included a $2 billion package to help create close to 100,000 jobs, traineeships and training opportunities.
