Venue: Sembawang Primary School

Sun Sails is a maritime-themed residential development that is inspired by Sembawang’s maritime past. The development incorporates nautical design elements in its facade and amenities.

The development is bounded by Sembawang Avenue, Sembawang Road, and Sembawang Link. It comprises 8 blocks ranging from 6 to 13 storeys in height with 726 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats.
