HDB MyNiceHome Roadshow for Lakeside View Homeowners

Venue: Taman Jurong Community Club

The MyNiceHome Roadshow for Lakeside View was a well-organised and useful event that gave homeowners-to-be a clear preview of life in the new estate. Across the two sessions on 15 August 2026, residents heard from HDB, RCMA, LTA, PA, and grassroots representatives on topics ranging from precinct design and renovation tips to transport links and neighbourhood life.

Renovation tips are always helpful!

Our adviser Shawn Huang is here too!

Beyond the talks, the roadshow offered practical support through the digital exhibition, outreach booths, toolkit, and bus tour. It also made a strong effort to build community early, with neighbourliness activities and block-based wristbands encouraging residents to meet future neighbours and start forming connections.

Our new homeowners arriving bright and early!

Overall, the event struck a good balance between information and engagement, helping residents feel more prepared for move-in while also reinforcing the idea that homeownership is about becoming part of a neighbourhood.
