Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok is bounded by Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 and Bukit Batok West Avenue  9. There are 169 units of Community Care Apartments in a 15-storey residential block. These flats are meant for seniors aged 65 and above and are sold on short leases ranging from 15 to 35 years (in 5 year increments).

Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok is the first assisted living public housing development which integrates senior-friendly design features with care services and social programmes to let residents live their golden years with peace of mind.
