Phil Brass, short for The Philharmonic Brass, is a brass quintet comprising like-minded brass musicians from The Philharmonic Winds. Equally committed to the promotion of brass chamber music, they endeavour to bring the finest brass playing to the Singaporean audience, and in doing so, celebrate our love for music and our decade of musical friendship. At this carnival they are able to find out more about Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS). They can also find information on healthier living and early health screening at our partners’ booth.

CHAS is:

A programme run by Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), CHAS is a scheme that enables Singaporeans from the lower- to middle-income households to receive healthcare subsidies when they visit CHAS GP or dental clinic.

About the Arts Group

OPE - Our Percussion Ensemble is a group of percussionists with diverse training in both Classical and Chinese percussive lineage; holding a shared vision to play percussion music for the public. They represented Singapore to perform at the ASEAN Summit 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and have since been consistently reaching out to the local community with programmes proudly backed by the National Arts Council; namely the Arts Education Programme (AEP) and Arts in Your Neighbourhood (AYN) series.
