Event: Galmon Chinese New Year Dinner Celebrations 2015
Venue: The Chevrons

This is my 2nd time hosting for Galmon and I am very excited to be back again to meet the lovely group of staff at Galmon. Prior to the event, emcees will usually meet up with the organizers to run through the program as well as share some of the fun games entertainment that we will be conducting that evening. It is a great surprise that despite the first time I hosted was some two years plus ago, they remembered one of the games and would like me to conduct that game again this time! Yes, let's do it even better this year!

Wishing all Galmon staff, partners and their families prosperity, good health and happiness in the year of the Goat!

Chemicals & Machinery Pte Ltd Visits Lions Home for the Elders

Event: Chemicals & Machinery Pte Ltd Visits Lions Home for the Elders
Venue: Lions Home for The Elders

This afternoon, together with the management and staff from Chemical and Machinery Pte Ltd, we embarked on our corporate social responsibility activity to visit the residents and the elderly. Emcee Winston and myself decided to pair up and put up an entertaining programme of singing, dancing, games and mass participation for everyone. A pity I did not manage to capture the amazing fun that we had to share with my readers. I felt it was an awesome chance for us to contribute our talents and our time to the society, putting a smile on the elderly faces. A great start to 2015!

Richland Logistics Olympics Party 2015

Event: Richland Logistics Olympics Party 2015
Venue: UE Convention Centre
Some Olympics Fun Facts to share with you:
  • The early Olympic Games were celebrated as a religious festival from 776 B.C. until 393 A.D., when the games were banned for being a pagan festival (the Olympics celebrated the Greek god Zeus). In 1894, a French educator Baron Pierre de Coubertin, proposed a revival of the ancient tradition, and thus the modern-day Olympic Summer Games were born.
  • The five Olympic rings represent the five major regions of the world – Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceana, and every national flag in the world includes one of the five colors, which are (from left to right) blue, yellow, black, green, and red.
Tonight's theme is Olympics and definitely we can't do without our own Indoor Olympics! We had improvised our own competitive events like javelin throwing, basketball, bodybuilding and many more. Every table participated in our mass games and individual participants came up onto the stage with a showcase of talents!
