As most of us will know, the objective of Bukit Gombak Citizen’s Consultative Committee Community Development Welfare Fund ( CCC CDWF ) organising a Charity Dinner tonight is to raise funds for our community welfare programmes aimed at helping the disadvantaged groups within the community to keep up with the rising demands of society, and ensure that they are not left behind as the country grows as a whole.
The fund provides financial support for community welfare programmes such as : Helping the needy students through Scholarships and Bursaries ; Supporting the needy and the low income families ; supporting the senior citizens and honouring our pioneers with Lunar New Year “Hong Baos” ; Food and Rations as well as job placements for needy residents.
