Tonight, I will look forward to usher in 2016 with 2,500 residents and guests in the Kovan heartlands. Organised by Paya Lebar Kovan Community Club at the conveniently located Kovan Hub (Old Hougang Interchange) in Kovan Central, this evening will be a exciting time for everyone and their families.
