GIC Private Limited, formerly known as Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, is a sovereign wealth fund established by the Government of Singapore in 1981 to manage Singapore's foreign reserves. Its mission is to preserve and enhance the international purchasing power of the reserves, with the aim to achieve good long-term returns above global inflation over the investment time horizon of 20 years. With a network of nine offices in key financial capitals around the world, GIC invests internationally in equities, fixed income, money-market instruments, real estate and special investments. In addition to GIC, the Government of Singapore owns another sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Holdings.
I'm happy to announce today's family day event marks the 5th consecutive family day events for the month of June. I guess soon I can call myself the most tanned Singapore Family Day Emcee! My family members were asking me, what did you do this month? You looked darker!
Today's family day event at Gardens By The Bay brings lots of fun for the staff and their family members. They can roam freely in the Flower Dome to enjoy the beautiful flowers and plants, join us in the beautiful ballroom with lots of activities, games and food stalls. Check out the photos below!
