Thank you WPG for having me back to host the Annual Dinner and Dance. It is a great pleasure and definitely a joy to be part of the big celebration! Tonight's theme in Chinese 追求优化，创造盈利 serves as an encouragement to all to consistently pursue perfection and excellence to achieve greater success and profitability. Many of us, as individuals, would comprehend this universal principle. However, in order for an organisation to be successful, each and everyone plays a big role as a team to make this happen. And tonight is a great opportunity to foster stronger relationships among colleagues and departments through fun, laughter and play.
