Tampines Town Hub is Singapore’s first integrated town hub. The People’s Association engaged 15,000 residents through focus group discussions, interviews and surveys, to understand our residents’ vision, views and suggestions for the Hub. Through this highly-participatory approach, a place of many places - conceptualised by residents, for residents – was designed.

Multiple agencies such as the Ministry of Health, National Environment Agency, National Heritage Board, National Library Board, Housing Development Board and Singapore Sports Council will come together to offer programmes, activities and services that meets residents’ needs. Facilities like the dance studio, Town Square and Culinary Studio co-located within the Tampines Regional Library will enable everyone to pursue a myriad variety of interests in the arts, culture and sports.

Together as One Tampines, more than 2,500 residents took part and broke ground this morning. The event was witnessed by the Singapore Book of Records as Singapore's Largest Groundbreaking Ceremony!
