Event: Singapore Book of Records for Largest Plate of Rojak

Yes! We did it. It was 77kg of Rojak, and we overtook the current record holder Singapore Tourism Board!
Chef Sharma and myself hosted the rojak making competition with 12 groups of participants comprising of Singaporeans and our new residents, welcoming and integrating the latter into our community and make them feel at home.
The event was organized by the People's Association Lifeskills and Lifestyle Division, as part of their Global Cultures 2011 initiative. Through various courses, events, workshops, the initiative hope to bring different cultures through art, dance, cuisine, to the doorstep of our little lovely island.
