Event: 2010 Sulzer Pumps Dinner & Dance
Date: 10 December 2010
Venue: Traders Hotel (Singapore)
Theme: Weirdo Night
style! emcee:
A big thank you to the organizing committee (Shirley, Barbara, Wendy, and group) for taking great efforts and going to great length to put together the event. I salute you guys for the hard work put in to give everyone in the company a really really good time!
The theme for the D&D was weirdo night and all the guests came in different fashion. There was a Bob Marley look-alike, babies in diapers, rock star, Chinese traditional costume, angel, witch and many many more! The more people take the effort to dress up, the better it becomes. The atmosphere, the mood, the setting, all blended in extremely well.
Although there were only 60 in the audience, but it certainly felt like there were 600 within the audience, with people dancing, cheering, laughing!
We did a bingo segment and played with real money, and the lucky winners walked away with their ROI (return on investment) of more than 3200%!
Throughout the games, the audience were so spontaneous and it just went on and on. Each one got bold and bolder and shook their booty like nobody's business!
I am thankful for the wonderful crowd. At the Oscar's, the emcee is just the prize presenter. The real stars are those seated within the audience. To all my friends in Sulzer Pumps, thank you for making me part of your event and I certainly enjoyed myself with each one of you!
